Strawberry Crêpes recipe

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons of butter.
4 tablespoons of sugar.
½ teaspoon of lemon zest.
½ teaspoon of orange zest.
1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
1 teaspoon of orange juice.
8 oz of strawberries, halved.
1 tablespoon of brandy.
12 basic crêpes, prepared.

Directions:

Melt the butter and add the sugar. Stir, then add the citrus zests and juices. Reduce until the mixture is syrupy.

Add the crêpes and strawberries and carefully flame with the brandy.

Remove the crêpes, fill with the strawberries and reduce the sauce to glaze.

Pour over the crêpes.
